What We Do

FRIENDS OF FORT COLUMBIA works closely with our partners at Washington State parks to earmark funds for the park’s most urgent and timely needs. here are some of our recent accomplishments:

• Maintenance & restoration of commander’s quarters

• restoration of windows in battery ord

• refresh of paint on interpretive center ceilings

• refurbishment of entry sign

• Improved traffic controls at park entrance

• Re-opening of Exhibits on Interpretive Center’s second floor
